Reset Date and Time
Your computer’s date and time can cause this problem. If you are also facing the connection error like many users, try to change your computer’s date and time. Clear Up Google Chrome Caches
Junk files can cause this kind of problems. If you clear up those temporary junk files from your Chrome browser, this problem can be solved.

- Run the tasklist command where you will see all the running tasks.
- To kill those tasks, run the taskkill /F /IM Chrome.exe command
- If you are using Windows 10, type TASKKILL /IM Chrome.exe /F
